Dear Forum,

My mother, 65 years old handicapped lady has bought a 1 BHK Flat (Consumer ID number - 2000201785, on Mrs Vinod Bala's name ) with Tata Housing Tumkur Road project in Senior Homes category. It has been awful experience with Tata housing, first without reason we were asked to pay off more than Rs.50000 in interest penalities then the project was delayed and now Tata Housing has levied a sudden charges of Rs.409063 ( Four lakhs nine thousand sixty three ) as a health care charges.
These charges are claimed to be mandatory, however, we never been told earlier on these charges.

Could you please help us direct with how to launch a consumer complaint against Tata Housing for mental harassment to my mother and these untold charges.

I also wish to register a complaint against Tata Housing for harassing my physically handicapped mother.
And bring this into media notice so that other consumers can be saved from this and such cheating.

I'm not able to upload the PDF demand letter from Tata housing asking for this payment, please let me know if I can share it over email.
