I was induced to take a vacation package of this company promising me to provide one week free accommodation (In their own hotels or their partner hotels throughout india.)every year for 30 years in 2005, through Kakinada branch of the Counntry vacations. I have paid Rs65000/ for the same in 2005. But after that they have given accommodation only once, and no response afterwards. Mean while they have closed the Kakinada branch office due to some financial fraud of the branch staff. Mr Lokesh the then branch manager of kakinada has collected money form the existing customers promising plots at Vijayawada and near Hyderabad. I have paid Rs.20000 as advance to him and lost the money. While not providing accommodation they are demanding through phone/mails asking me to pay maintenance charges for the vacation package which have accumulated to Rs35000/ now. The staff of this company contacts me only for money collection, but when it comes to service, Zero response.
In June 2013, One Mr.Karthik (Cell Nos.********53, ********01) called me from Country club office Hyderabad and informed me that, as i am not utilizing my vacation, the company has decided to give one plot near Nagarjunasagar(133yards) and i have to pay Rs.30000/ towards registration charges. He sent his assistant Mr.Bharat (Cell no.********73) to my residence at Samalkot. Initially i was not willing to pay, but Mr.Bharat has brought registration stamp papers for the site and Receipt book with Country club Letter head. He has collected Rs.30000, one photo of my wife (Site to be registered in her name)and copy of Pan card. He has given recieipt for Rs.30000 with country club letter head. Mr. Karthik also promised me to provide any service in future in his capacity as a senior executive of the company. Later both numbers were switched off. I have complained to customer care at Hyderabad with proofs of reciepts. Mr Kumareshan Group manager of the company contacted me and promised to solve the problem. I have met Mr.Kumareshan in his Country club office, Begumpet on 24th Aug 2013, with all proofs. He informed me that the concerned officer was in Dubai and he will call me soon and arrange to refund the money. Though i have waited for more than one month, there is no response. Mr Bharat's phone is switched off. Mr karthiks first number is switched off, when contacted on the second number he initially replied that my site registration is under process. But next time when i called he says he s not Karthik. Mr Kumareshan also not answering the phone now. His cell no.********89 and office No.04044331330.
In the last two visits to the Country Vacations office, i have noticed that they are contacting people on phone and inducing them to attend their offices and collecting Thousands of Rupees from innocent people by promising them Five star club facilities and yearly free vacation. They are also collecting money promising plots at various places like Nagarjunasagar, and around Hyderabad. I request the Concerned authorities to look into the activities of this company and stop this cheating business. Total money paid to this company by me was Rs.115000. I am not able to upload the receipts now due size being more than 500kb. I will send them separately if email id is given.
