I had enrolled for future group shopping card no. ********779003 and big Bazaar festival delight card no. ********292327.My complaint is regarding purchase on 25.10.2015 from big Bazaar Phoenix mall outlet Lucknow. The staff feeded the bill value of rs. 2614.46 on my future group shopping card but fraudulently feeded the same bill on his personal big Bazar festival delight card. My total transactions have exceeded rs 11000 and I am entitled for voucher of rs. 1000. But since the bill value is not feeded on my card fraudulently hence I am not able to get the voucher.
