i applied for personal loan amount of 2 lakh... The girl who was coordinating with me was afreen she ask me for all documents which needed for loan process. on 2nd march i gave her all the documents and she said me to pay 1650 for filing after paying amount your loan application process will start, i transfer her the amount also i asked her for bill and she send that bill next days on mail she said for approval it will take 4 working days till that she dint even call for i called her everyday whats the update she started ignoring me was not even answering my call 2 week completed still i was trying to call her next day i receive a call from that company but was another lady she said now it will take 6 to 7 days for approval i replied her mail and i said i will be waiting till Friday, that was the 3rd Friday and she dint even call me i called her and asked several time but no reply. On that day after 3 hours i received a mail that we regret what you loan application has been cancelled because of some issue you can try after 3 months .... after this i called her immidetly and ask her about 1650, she said she will return not she is saying the payment is nonrefundable ..... already i lost my 3000 from another finance company now she is saying g we re not going to refund your amount i called her and i asked her for his main owner of that company she said boss is out of country we are not going to refund your amount do what ever you want ... im still trying for refund ... the company name is indexia finance andheri wast
