I m very shocked after saw this type of service from mahindra group. Last month i went to goel motors mohali for running service of my vehicle verito d4 chassis no C2H21495 dt 2 sept for running service and receivec my vehilce at the time of closing of the day. Very next day i came to know the engine cover of vehilce is kept in boot space. I call mr sandeep saini who received my vehicle one day back for servicing. When i asked him about my engine cover he said thst he received the cover in damage condition i m very shocked to heard the same thing. Before this my all the service is done by the the goel motors only it can be checked by the records as well if all the service is done by goel motors then how it is poosible the engine cover is damage or i m not about this. I received the call from mahindra customer care after to days to know yhe feed back of service and i explain all the matter to him and he assured me u ll get a call from higher authority for this. Today is 4th oct no onecontact me.
I m very much disappointed with this behaviour of reputed company.
I just want to add one more thing which is really not accpectable. Service manager mr sandeep saini said if u want engine cover u haveto pay 4500 hundred rs.

I hope u people take necessary action against the dealer.
