I received message on my mobile number ********99 from Naaptol regarding 1gm jewellery worth Rs 7500/- in just Rs. 1600/-. and they told me to see the product code 1402 in the web page and verify..i saw that and i liked and placed order number 3894232. It contained 1 necklace, 4 bangles, 1 watch, 2 earing and i like it..i payed cash on delivery Rs. 1800/- including courier charges . But when i saw that i was shocked..it was not worth Rs, 100 also... so much fraud!!!. the watch glass was missing nad broken and so down quality. the ornaments are so down market and not at all gold plated and all shapeless bangles...
Please help me i want my moeny back..how can they cheat middle class family like us.. i have saved money and have hard earned money and they have snatched it in just one order.
Please help me to get back money and sue complaint against them
