Sir, my home located in Bannerghatta Road, Gottigere was vacated by previous tenant and i posted a new ad online inviting interested folks in renting the flat. Prateek viewed my flat online and he called me expressing his interest in renting the property. He visited the property and liked it and then paid me a booking advance of 1000 rupees in the first week of April stating he wanted to move in on the 14th of April to the flat and hence I rejected all the offers that I received after this. I got the house painted and cleaned for him to move in and he did move in on the 14th of April with all his belongings.

He was supposed to pay me the advance in the following week but shockingly 2 days later he just moved taking all his belongings without informing me or anyone in the apartment. I tried calling him several times on his phone by be never answered and isnt willing to pay for the damages to me instead he threatens me saying "not to call and that if something happens to him then I will be held responsible".

This has resulted in loss to me as the finacial burden has increased on me due to which I'm going through stress because of Prateek. He also left the house dirtly and the toilets were left used and unflushed due to which people who visited the house rejected to take it up on rent and it is lying unoccupied.
