I am writing this mail with disappointment. I regret the moment I decided to purchase a product from your company. As a customer, I was not aware that you are selling such cheep quality products in the market.
I purchased a Karbonn K3 mobile (IMEI: ********01410484) from one of your outlets in Trivandrum on Oct-2010. Within one month time, the display stopped functioning along with audio. When I returned the product to the service center, I was told that the whole bunch delivered was faulty (OMG) and they do not have a replacement available!!!! Then I was told that I can choose any other model instead of this K3. So, expecting that the new one will not have such a problem, I purchased a K478 (IMEI1: ********0097915). But, the same issue continued with this set also. Display stopped working within two moth’s time. Now, when I give the mobile to service center, they are saying that the issue is because of ‘Physical damage’ for which I can’t see any possibilities. And now I am left with a mobile which I can't use!
I have been using mobiles from 2000 onwards and have used several handsets. So far, I never ever had such a worst experience. I am so sure that who so ever purchased your products will be facing such issues.
Please take necessary action for not producing low quality products and cheating customers. I also request you to provide a remedy for my issue.
