dear sir/ madam,
it is 10 days that have passed without any reply from your end. no action is
taken from the companys end for reasons best known to you . i need a apolgy
along with no dues clliam letter from the company stating tht no dues are
pending . pending issues will affect my creditabilty in the market. for the
company it is a mere regular trick to cheat the customers.
kindly resolve the matter and issue me a no dues cliam letter along with
intimation to the new telecom operator failing which the services rendered to
me may be put on hold for which only airtel would be held responsible and the
company would have to pay for damages .

I would like to inform you that, on the basis your complaint I have investigated the possibility of the same. There is no overcharge in your account. I wish to assure you that we have deployed a state of the art billing system which ensures that your bill is always error free. Hence there is usage and charges are valid.

For your reference I have mentioned the break up details for the mobile number ********10 as mentioned below:

with respect to the automation i would like to ask you tht when the company has charged me for the 1gb data why is it tht u are charging me again for 1 day of use i.e. on 1st july 2015. i may use the said data in a day or 30days is at my discreetion . anything above 1gb i am liable to pay . when my useage is not exceeded the same why am i being billed for tht.
this is case of pure cheating . the company bills the customer for a months useage and is also billed for the the useage in the same period.
