Dear Sir, I with my family were traveling from NDLS to Rnc by Rajdhani train no 12440 in B8 on 03.06.2014. The caterer were supplying meal which were not fresh and proper quantity. The excuse was that the freeze is not working In the morning the breakfast supplied did not had the fruit drink. On several request to supply they did not served it. If we are paying for the total food why they are not supply in proper quantity and quality
Complainant's Goal: The caterer should be instructed to supply the proper quality and quantity
