i travelled in LTT Ernakulam Duranto superfast train 12223 vide PNR no ********22 in B-3/48 on 24.12.2013. Atleast 02 hrs before complition of journey i ask for a water bottle bcas after lunch i have not consumed water. Then the catring boy asked that "kya aapne pahle pani ka bottle nahi liya" then i said no. But after frequently asking he not provied me the water bottle. Then i search fo TTE but he was also not available there. Then i took water from station at Ernakulam town and fulfil my requriment which should be fulfiled by Railway.......
