Dear Sir,
Whenever I use to travel by Rajdhani express[recently on 24.04.2014 & 26.04.14 ] the catering/bedding staffs are asking for extra money as tips/bakhsish which should be stopped as the same put the passengers in uncomfortable position.
Complainant's Goal: to stop the system of asking for money by the catering/bedding staff

THIS NOT THE INDIAN RAILWAY WAY OF DELING THE FOOD PROVIDE NOW A DAYS ARE TO BE PACKED AND SEALED AND TO BE SENT TO HIGHEST AUTHORITY OF INDIAN RAILWAY
I want to know that has the Railways Department or the Government of India passed a new law which tells the Railways food serving staff / caterers to ask and force for money in the name of " Kharcha Pani / Bakshish / Seva Pani " ????
And I have experienced it in every train I travel . I mean really is there such new law ?? And not only that they ask for more money , salute you like beggars .
Does the GOVERNMENT not PAY them ???
And their service and the food is pathetic and from every side doesn't even deserve a "chavani " as tip .
I request the concerned authority to take some action for this .
