AVNI EXPRESS CARGO - Cargo sent from Dubai to India through AVNI CARGO not delivered

I have sent cargo from Dubai to Kozhikode thro the services of Avni Cargo on 9th May 2010 worth of INR 20,000. They have not delivered my cargo and instead of that some junk materials were delivered to my house. Those stuff were removed after one month and that too after constant complaints. Still after two months, my Cargo is not delivered and this is the worst service i ever expected. This experience has taken away the trust to send any item by way of cargo to India.

I went to Dubai office of Avni cargo located behind Bangalore Resturant in Naif area and came to know that they won't open their offices at all time.

After long chase i received the cargo today on 10th July 2010

I support this complaint as I have similar experience. I sent AED 90000 worth house hold items by paying all inclusive AED 17340 for door-to-door using Air cargo in May 2010 and till now received partly. Today, I am making a police complaint at Naif police station.
