my tickets wern't confirmed and were cancelled directly during the waiting list, then why have been i charged
60/- as a cancellation charge of an unconfirmed ticket, on which i was not able to travel...?

And when i log in in my pc then every time error and reply user id is incorrect
And this problem i have face every day

I booked train ticket on 03/10/2017 sv to ndls train no.04403 PNR no.6506593546 . but i am not travelling in the train due to train delay approx 17 hours. Conform booking cancelletion not permitted because travelling chart is prepared . I Am finling the TDR for refund on dated 23/10/2017. But stil I am not received my refund .
