baskaran - car stepney changed during service

iam having ford figo car , purchased from sarvesh ford , vellore,
during the service they changed my car stepney to ford icon stepney.
i asked to this incedent , they were not ready to rectify it and solve the problem
we cant do any thing , where ever u go and do any thigs, smiply said like that.
now my front wheel was punchared , i cant ride my car, last one week i was
suffered a lot of mental strain.
what is the solution ,
shall i file a case against the dealer
kindly help me sir
