Hi Team,

I had taken an car loan from ICICI bank few years back, due to personal reason we decided to repay the car loan and approached the Indrainagar branch in Bangalore, the Bank employee from the home loan department checked all the documents and also enquired with the senior’s in the Bank asked us to issue the cheque favoring the bank and we paid the complete amount.

Bank Document didnot carry the repayment timelines due to which the bank employee had checked with the senior’s and accpected to clear my loan but after a weeks’ time we got a call back from branch asking us to take back the loan amount and asking us to pay back the interest charges.

I am really not sure why are they asking me to take back my loan amount now and why was there a miscommunication due to we are impacted and my vehicle loan is not cleared.

Today i got a message telling the amount will be credited to my ICIIC bank account even after the issue was escalating this issue the Managing director of the Bank.
