My elantra is at Balaji hyundai, muzaffarpur, bihar, service centre for past 22 months with Engine block broken. They keep saying part not available everytime i visit them. I have tried every possible means of communication with hyundai with no response whatsoever from them. Even now they keep saying be patient or just randomly ask me for a number of days to wait when i contact regional head office or my service centre or the customer care.
