On payment online through the debit card the transaction fails at the end of the process. I even get the OTAC from the bank.

Is there any incompatibility issue.
I must have this facility in place, otherwise it is very difficult for me to pay the bill. Your cash payment machines are not are not adequately distributed.

This is the message I receive at the end of the transaction after entering my OTAC.

"Transaction Failed

Reason - PBE10002-Authentication failed"

This has been encountered earlier as well, hence I have been paying through the cash receiving machine.

Please resolve this issue ASAP.
