Reliance Life Insurance - Cancellation request of Life Insurance policy No -51096260, as a result of fraud

Respected Sir / Ma’am,
I am Sanjeev Singh, Got several call from an agent from kolkata (A B CAPITAL). He brief me a policy and told me to give sum assured of 10 to 20 times of annual premium and more Benificery thing. I totally convinced & shown interest in a policy and send my document to him. He has submitted my document and issued a policy in reliance life policy. Before PLVC (Pre Login verification call) agent Mr khan has misguided me and said me that a call from Reliance verification department will come to you for the verification purpose and don’t tell him any mentioned benefits. If you tell any benefits then you will not receive these benefits. As all benefits would be given to you under Mr khan code. Later on a policy of reliance life insurance has been issued to me (policy no 51096260).
When i got this policy doc on 26 July 2013 at my native location. I talk to the agent on his mobile no ********44 for the policy mistake, than that agent (Mr khan) told me to give scan copy of the policy to rectify the error. I gave it to him on mail id . He told me it will take time of 15 days.
Again after 15 days he requested for few more days in correction and when I realized to be cheated i applied to cancel policy at Reliance Life Office Buxar on 24th Aug 2013 (I have receipt of that request of the Buxar branch). They told me it may take 15 days time.
After several time follow up on 9th Sep 2013 when I talk to customer care i came to know that this policy cancelation request has been canceled. Than i give mail to head customer care of reliance life on 10th Sep 2013 for cancelation request again got time slot of 15 days. On 19th Sep 2013 i got a call from Reliance office that this policy can’t be canceled. Than lastly i file a complain on link http://www.igms.irda.gov.in/WebPages/PHviewupdate.aspx
to IRDA Token number 09-13-010313. But on 20th Sep 2013 a call came on my alternate home no (Wife no) at my home and they ask some question from my wife not had any chat with me and stated status request rejected.
One more important thing which i missed in all previous complains or can say not came in my mind, this point came in my mind when my wife told me that in the conversation on 20th sep 2013 call came from Reliance Life Bombay they asked my wife “not to me” that on policy weather i have signed bond or not.
Sir, i have only submitted my document photo copy signed by my self but not on policy bond. You can verify my signature on photocopy of document, checks are my signature but signature on bond is not mine. Agent Mr khan from Kolkata (A B CAPITAL) had made false signature on the bond. You can verify these signatures at any level.
In this fraud Reliance life insurance Is supporting his third party vender (A B CAPITAL) who has done malpractices or unfair business practices. Reliance is not accepting that I have applied the cancelation request on 24th Aug 2013. Thay are saying 1st request they have received on 10th Sep 2013.
Its more than 3 months already I spend on convincing reliance life company for the fraud but company is not accepting not even had done any verification against this.
Plz help me out in this issue. I Just want my paid money back.
