Dear Team,

This is with regards to register the complain against "Chennai Online Gifts" ORDER SITE URL: Chennai Online Gifts & Order Number: CG253383.
I had ordered the cake on 13th August 2017 which is not yet delivered to the recipient address. I had called them several times and coordinated with their team over the phone & via Email but they just land up replying that we have already refunded your amount and you may receive your money within 3 working days due to banking process. I would like to inform you that I am continuously coordinating with them since 18th August 2017 but still waiting for those 3 business working days.

I request you to take a strong action against them and help me get my amount refunded.

I believe you will help me getting my amount back at the earliest.

Request you to let me know what all necessary details are required from my end as I am having their email of the order purchased.
