My customer # DS067917391, I pay advance payment but still the cable services provided to us is very dissatisfying. Very frequently the cable service is disconnected. Not all the channels are shown as mentioned in the package. When tried to complain about this to our local cable operator, he talks rudely and tells that it will be normal by some time. From today morning no service is provided and we miss out watching some important serials on a Sunday. Please help us letting us know the reason behind this bad service by manthan. Waiting for immediate action on it.
