i hire a taxi online from banshankara bus stand to banglore airport. it show in estimate fair Rs. 189-217. as i have the snapshot for the proof. and when arrived in airport. the cab driver shows me the bill of Rs. 913. when i gave feedback to support care they send me a mail that. just soory for there work next time they will be giving good services. i want to know from them what about my extra money which they bought.

The same experience for me to the bill was 177 Rs but they charges me 558 Rs they are professional frauds

Strongly recommend not to book ola taxi even in emergency fraud company and call center have been trained to just speak about rules no customer concern very poor
