I have ordered a fastrack watch (model no 3079sm01) on 13.11.2015.My order id is 144********34 and the expected delivery date was 20.11.2015.I have made payment of Rs 2880.00 through debit card.But I am yet to receive my item..The status of the product is showing "PENDING".The contact no. they have provided on their website is not in service and they are not giving any reply of the emails sent by me.

Complainant's Goal: I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE
