Travelling - Bus poor quality and rood behaviour of Bus crew

I am very dis-pointed of travel in Diwakar travels today (still travelling), from hyderabad to bangalore (Service no. DT 1111). I booked two tickets with AC sleeper and when I get into the bus AC is very minimal and when I asked them they informed that after reaching outskirts they will increase the AC but theny didnt do it. Once again I asked about AC but they told me that its a manufacturing defect in AC we cannot do it and shut your mouth and go to sleep, Immediately I called the call center people of this bus service and they told that they cannot do anything and I have no alternative and travelling in the bus. If there is any sudden problem in AC we can adjust but they know the problem and still running the bus and colecting AC charges, I request to you pleasd take some action against Diwakar travels (http://www.diwakarbus.com)

I cpuld not upload my ticket as a proof to some error in uploading if necessary I cam mail to your address
