Bus not stopped at the bus top
I boarded the DTC bus no. 419 (DL-1PC 3876) orange coloured bus to deboard at Moolchand on 19.03.2014 around 6:15 pm but the bus driver didn't stopped the bus at the bus stop even after saying so many times and then he stopped the bus at the bus stop that was 2 k.m. far away from my bus stop. I tols so many times to conductor to stop the bus but he did nothing. I was not the only passanger to deboard at that bus stop, there were 4-5 more passangers.
What is the usage of bus stops if that can't be used by passangers to borad or deboard?
What is role of a conductor just to sit and collect the money? Don's he has any responsibility towards passangers?
Please take the necessary action.
