Dear Sir
On morning December 23, 2010 I saw my BSNL Prepaid Mobile No. 0********68 Balance was deducted by Rs. 5. I don't understand because I don't make any call or sms. So I call the BSNL Customer Care and ask them why the amount deduct, they ask me if I got any msg, I said no I don't. Then they taken my complain and given me a complain no. 6669045 and told me that you will noticed about this from our side.
But I never got any response from them. So I again call them on January 13, 2011 and asked them about the complain and the customer care don't able to say anything progress about the complain. They just said me we are again forwarding your number for the complain and drop the phone.
But yet now I don't get any response from BSNL Customer Care and not even my Rs. 5.
