bsnl mobile - BSNL NAME TUNE NOT ACTIVATED AFTER DEDUCTION

Sir, my problem is on BSNL prepaid.my mobile No. is ********47. On 29th January I activated BSNL name tune.Rs. 42 was deducted at that time.But the tune is not being heard till now.May times I contacted to the customer care but they are repeatedly informing me to wait.But how long I will have to wait it is unknown.Please do something.AMIT MANDAL
