BSNL Limited - BSNL BILLS WRONG AND HAS NOT REFUNDED MY SECURITY

Below is my representation for My complaint against BSNL haryana,

1) BSNL Continued to bill me till 2nd February 2016 despite disconnection of my phone on 28th January 2016.
BSNL is not only lazy and inefficient organization, though my phone line and internet were disconnected on 28th January but bsnl wrongly charged me TILL 2ND FEBRUARY 2016.
When I asked bsnl office I was told that lazy and slow working BSNL OFFICERS ENTERED DISCONNECTION DATE LATE IN SYSTEM WHICH CAUSED THIS EXTRA BILL THOUGH MY PHONE WAS DISCONNECTION ON 28TH JANUARY.

I HAVE A SIGNED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM BSNL OFFICER IS PALAM VIHAR GURGAON BRANCH DATE 28TH JANUARY 2016.

AND AS A PROOF YOU CAN CHECK, THAT AS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABEL TO USE OR MAKE CALLS AFTER 28TH JANUARY ...WHICH SI A PROOF THAT MY BSNL WAS DISCONNECTED ON 28TH .

I NEED REFUND OF EXTRA PAYMENT WRONGLY CLAIMED BY BSNL FOR ONE WEEK.

2) Cheating no 2

I have not received BSNL bills since last 2 years and I check it painfully by going to BSNL OFFICE. AFTER DISCONNECTION MY BILL WAS NT SENT FOR MONTH OF JANUARY 2016 FOR WHICH BSNL HAS SENT ME WRONG CHARGES AS LATE FEE, which I have paid 3 times to BSNL, I NEED REFUDN OF 75/- RS FOR WRONGLY CHARGING EM LATE FEE..

3) Cheating No 3:

BSNL HAS NOT SENT MY BILL S AS FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT AND HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY SECURITY DESPITE MY DISCONNECTION, I WAS HOPING THAT MY BILL WILL GET ADJECTIVE AGAINST MY SECURITY AND I WILL GET OVER AND ABOVE SECURITY AND BILL AS ADJUSTMENT.



II HOPE YOU WILL DO JUSTICE TO MY REQUEST AND HELP ME RECOVER WHAT BSNL HAS CHARGED EXTRA TO ME, SO AS I DO NOT DEFAME BSNL AND INDIA TELECOM ON VARIOUS INTERNATIONAL WEBSITES WHERE I HAVE CONTINUED TO BLOG.

MY TOTAL CLAIM ON ABOVE 3 IS AS BELOW
100/- RS FOR WRONG BILLING
75/- FOR WRONG LATE FEE (THRICE)
1000/- ( SECURITY DEPOSIT)

TOTAL CLAIM IS 1175/-


I ALSO WANT STRONG CRITICISM OF BSNL GRIEVANCE SDO (PG BSNL, HARYANA) BY NAME: SUNDER LAL, WHO DID NOT TOOK ANY CORRECTIVE ACTION DESPITE ME WRITING SO MANY EMAILS AND REMINDERS TO HIM.
