Actually We are running whole sale departmental store in chennai. Here I am writing for registering complaint against Britannia's agent, Who is supplying Britannia products to our store.
The issue is , Two years before, The agent told us ," you have been nominated for Complement (180 grams Silver) from Britannia. So give your id proof. I will collect it from Britannia and give it back to you". So We gave our Id proof (Ration card) . But Still We didn't get any Complement. First I want to know.
is there right place to registering complaint against Britannia's agent? If its not so, Where can i register the complaint.?
