BSNL Limited - Bribe to be paid for taking new landline connection

I am a new subscriber to BSNL. My landline num is 080-25731685. I just got a new telephone line connection today evening. I had a tremendous bad experience with BSNL. Here is the details below. JUST AFTER THE INSTALLATION PERSON COMPLETED INSTALLING THE PHONE, HE ASKED FOR SOME TIP MONEY OR ANY AMOUNT TO PAY TO HIM FOR INSTALLING THE PHONE AS A DONATION. I ASKED HOW MUCH WOULD HE NEED ME TO GIVE TO HIM. HE DEMANDED 300RS AS FOR INSTALLING THE PHONE. AFTER MUCH ARGUMENTS HE FORCED ME TO PAY HIM RS200 WHICH ACCORDING TO ME WAS A BRIBE. HE FORCED ME SEVERELY TO PAY 200RS TO HIM SINCE HE INSTALLED THE NEW TELEPHONE CONNECTION. I WANT TO SAY THAT AM A NEW CUSTOMER WITH BSNL AND I RECEIVED A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE WITH YOU. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BSNL CONNECTION TO ANYBODY AFTER SUCH TREATMENT FROM YOUR BSNL INSTALLATION PEOPLE. I THOUGHT NOT TO TELL THIS TO YOU BUT WANT TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT PEOPLE IN YOUR COMPANY IS BRINGING ABOUT THE DOWNFALL OF BSNL AND A DAY WILL COME WHEN PEOPLE WILL BE AFRAID TO TAKE BSNL BECAUSE OF PAYING HEFTY AMOUNT OF BRIBE TO THE INSTALLATION GUYS. PLEASE TAKE ACTION WHATEVER YOU THINK APPROPRIATE. I WAS HAPPY TAKING BSNL CONNECTION BECAUSE OF NO INSTALLATION CHARGES BUT WAS SURPRISED THE WAY THE INSTALLATION GUY DEMANDED MONEY FROM ME. I BELIEVE HE IS CONTINUING THIS WITH MANY OTHER INSTALLATIONS. I WAS THINKING OF TAKING A BROADBAND CONNECTION BUT AM AFRAID THAT MAY BE NEXT TIME AGAIN I HAVE TO PAY BRIBE TO HIM TO INSTALL THE ROUTER WHEN THERE IS NO CHARGES FROM BSNL. AM HAPPY PAYING AMOUNT TO BSNL FOR THE SERVICE BUT WHY WOULD I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO THE PEOPLE WHO INSTALL THE TELEPHONE LINE. I WANT MY RS 200 BACK IN ANY FORM OF EITHER DISCOUNT IN MY BILL OR CASH REFUND. I SHOULD NOT HAVE PAID IN THE FIRST CASE BUT I COULD NOT HELP IT SINCE THE MAN FORCED AND DEMANDED IN SUCH A WAY THAT AS A CUSTOMER I WAS LEFT WITH NO OTHER WAY. I AM SHOCKED BY THE SERVICE OF BSNL.
