1st service date:-16/12/14 (Mascot Motors,Hingna)
Dealer :-Mascot Motors,Nagpur
3rd service:-Tajshree Honda,Manish Nagar,Nagpur

Yesterday i visited Tajshree honda,Manish Nagar,Nagpur for general free 2nd service of the above mentioned vehicle,where i was told that my 2nd free service has expired, as im South Asia head of an MNC which involves lots of travelling i could not do the 2nd service on time,it was ok for me when i was told that that it has to be 3rd service.
The only problem which my vehicle had was that its fuel meter was not functioning properly,i was told that this problem would be rectified.At 3pm i got a call from the same service center that the Float assembly has to be replaced & it is chargeable @ Rs 500/-,I said OK & asked them to replace it.At 5 pm when i went to take the delivery of the vehicle i was asked to pay Rs.500/- for service & rest separately for Float assembly before paying i checked the vehicle & found that the problen was still there,when i complaint about the same they said now the full Meter assembly needs to be changed which costs approximately Rs.1100/- to Rs.1500/-.which i refused to pay.For counter check you can see the Billing of Tajshree Honda which was done & they even issued me gate pass so that i go early.
Then they brought a seperate Activa & in front of me they start changing its float assembly & meter assembly with my & tried to convince me that there was fault in my meter assembly.With the permission on the service manager of Tajshree Honda i took pictures of how these guys replaced parts randomly from one vehicle to another,please find attached the pictures for the same.
This is indeed breach of trust at the customer end,now i feel that they must have even changed many of my vehicles parts as it was bought from different dealer.
Kindly help me out as now i dont want to take this vehicle back its still there with Tajshree Honda,they must have tampered it badly.

I also experience the same problem. i bought Honda shine by full amount in cash from TAJSHREE HONDA, DeoNagar Branch, near Ajni Square, Nagpur.
And after paying the cash, they didn't care the customer.
And during second service i noted that they told me to do decarbonate the vehicle ( during phone call.. told it will cost additional 350.). I told them okay. i was not aware of it, as they told me that if the carbon resides then mileage and performance will be downgraded. i told them okay . I paid total of 850 rupees, 350 + 500 (as oil charge) in my second free service.
And when i gone to receive the vehicle, i found out that , the vehicle is as like the same as before one week, during that time i washed and cleaned. They didn't done any service on my bike. I think they only changed the oil and coated silencer coating on the shine silencer (this was the decarbonating what they told me. what to say..?).. ..
Even they didn't washed the bike that at least they should do. All of the customers was very angry regarding their service... We have to do at least by complain these type of matters to the Honda - head office. At least we have to get good service..
I would like to know to whom and where we have to complain.
And also i would like to know what all are included in free service of motorcycle.
