purchased policy from Reliance on 5th april after telephonic conversation. Bonds not recieved till date. given a request letter for refunds bt recieved a letter that we sent u Bonds on 21st April Bt cheque cleared on same date then how is it possible that Bonds send on same Date. n they said as policy is beyond freelook Period so cancellation cannot b proceesed. This is Misselling also as they told me that this is Health Insurance n Thats y i purchased on my Brother name n i was the proposer bt from customer care i come to know that its on my name.


kindly help me in reimbursing the funds
