I usually travel from Hyderbad to pune and vice versa.
All the times I see that daily travellers boraded from Daun and other stations into reserved caoches like sleeper class/3AC class.
Which causes pain anduncomfortable to all the apssengers who travels in that coach(i.e. passengers with reservations).
So request you sto take some stric t action as its becoming unbearable day to day.And also suggest what legal action we can take to avoid this situation e.g. talk to TT or something else........
Please take this in priority...we are happy to rasie the fair but at the same time you should make sure this type of things shoudl not happen which is unacceptable.......
