I had sent courier on 25/12/10 for Jammu region but it was not delivered till 03/01/2011. My receipt number is 205812945. Their contact numbers on their site are not updated. Somehow I managed to get their customer care number and when I called customer care, they didn't get back to me with any positive response.
Please take appropriate action.
