Please Let me know the details of the service done with my Blackberry Instrument.

Dear Arya,

Having purchased my Blackberry from Croma-Sector-15 belapur, had some issue like , when we showed it to Croma they told me to sent it to your service centre as it is authorised service centre for Blackberry mobile products. So I had sent my Blackberry Handset for service , as it was not working . On 20/10/2010 when my office clerk had gone to collect the handset which was handed over to him with a Delivery Challan ..wherein it is stated that Replacment IMEINO – 351********1505 (though on your DC challan dated is of 19/10/2010 but the same was given to us on 20/10/2010)

Pl let me know what does this replacement word means . Has my handset been replaced , if yes then is this the new handset being given to me or the used one. As my handset was under the warranty period when I had given it for servicing.
Though I have been trying continously on the contact number provided
022-31920452 but no one is picking up the call, so I have sent this letter to them also.
Via your forum I just request for the transparency is the service approach.

Pl help me to understand
1.What problem my orginal blackberry handset had ?
2.What servicing had been done? Also if the problem in the handset was not repairable , why it was not communicated to the customer over the issues , also before any such replacement atleast a foremost information has to be exchanged over the next option or process to be followed.
3.What does this replacement word means & further pl help me to understand replacement IMEINO- 351********1505
4.If this is new handset then does it carries any warranty , what about it this handset itself has any further issue over the technical part then how will it be resolved.

My sincere request to pl help me to understand the above concern.
