Vodafone Mumbai - Bill sent to incorrect email address & Late Fees Charged for 3 Months !!!

Hi, We fall under SME category and we have requested for email change back in Apr 2017 (Complaint No. 1******** dated 26 Apr'17) however this has still not been done till date. As an outcome I have been charged late fees since 3 months now. I don't understand what is the problem in making a small change at your end for changing my email and sending the correct bill to me so that I can make a payment on time.
We only keep getting advises on how to pay automatically or make advance payments but we are a business and need invoices for releasing payments. This is not helping at all. First we thought it could be by mistake but later we realize that you want to keep extracting late fees from me month on month.
Complainant's Goal: Revert the late payment and correct the email address on your systems.
