BIG Bazaar - BigBazar Bad service and Very bad response to the Enquiry.

Dear Sir,

I ahve purchased two cots from Bigbazaar Ameerpet Hyd on 15th Aug 2011 (Slip no 363/367), and paid whole amount. While prediscussion with the sales assistance, he told that they will deliver the things with in 10 days and assemble it. The things not deliverd after 9th day, so i have conatced in the given number. One lady attended and told that will get after checking the details. but i have not received any call back. then next dat morning i have agan conatced in that number in that time i got the information that they will deliver the things by today evening (ie 25 Aug 2011). After noon i got ne call mentioning that from wherehouse and informed that they cant deliver today. So i ahve requested for the clarification, he told i dont know any thing conatc in another number. i have again tried in the number but even after 7 times no one was picking the phone. last some one named Mr. Srinivas attend the call and he told we are unable to do the delivary today. Then i enquired why then you peoples told in the morning we will deliver today? he was not able to give any proper answer. i asked them to cancel the order, for that they are telling to come there on saturday. Also the reply from the particular person was rude. I have payed the amount in advance waited for ten day, now i am getting the response like this. Again i ahve asked for there manager number, that also they are not provided in the begening. After long discussion that fello given his manager name as Mr. Vijay bhaskar.
I would like to ask, if you are unable to do means why you are commiting the deal?
we have paid the amount in advance and finally making us fool...
Please do something aganist this issue.

Today I had a very bad experience at big bazaar. The bill counter boy was taking unnecessarily lot of time in billing a girl's bill.Unnecessarily talking and spending the time in Hubli big bazaar. Even the supervisor was did not listen to me. The salesman argued with me and behaved rudely. Really cash counter service is very bad in big bazaar.
