I ordered (5 Nos Wooden Name Plates/3 Nos Photo-mugs/2 Nos Printed Wallet) amounting Rs.5200/- from printvenue.com; though the lable on the parcel showed the ordered Qty., inside the box there was only 1 Num, all the three parcels were sent in the same manner. I had promptly complained to customercare of Printvenue by numerous reminders, but not received any response, every time I sent a reminder I received a computer generated ticket number.... (My Order Nos are: DELPVNP309334, DELPVNP304441 and DELPVNP309334)

I had sent a written complaint to the printvenue office at Gurgaon without any success......

If this was problem with one consignment, I could have treated it as a mistake during packaging, but this is the reality with all my three consignments, which is casting doubts on the very authenticity of this webseller.

Submitted with a request to take up with the webseller and also to webcast to all the potential customers to beware of this website.

This is un believable Print venue team
This is harassment

I called yesterday at 5.10 pm and talk to Mr Mohit and he said we are sorry , and we will process a refund against your order and he will call me back in half an hour . I waited till 6.00pm he didn’t call me which I was sure about , so I called again and talked to a agent on the floor and asked for Mohit , he said he is still waiting for his team to get back to him with a resolution. I got a call from that same agent , he asked to adjust the skin and paste it properly . I explained him if I try to place the extra part of the skin that will cover the charging point then how will I charge my phone. He said sir (cut kar lo usko ) I mean what kind of a resolution is this . Are you guys out of your freaking mind. I have paid for a product and you can’t help me in providing good quality product and on top of that You are asking me to adjust

Team you guys need counselling big time , your management needs to take charge here , which in turn will help you gain some good customers. I am sure many of your customers will be facing this kind of issue and you must be asking them to adjust because you guys are not worth enough to either provide good products or services.

Once again I would like to tell you I need refund for my freaking order
You guys better call me and discuss

I have received my cards that to 4 days after the event and again I am not satisfied with the quality at all.

I am sorry to inform you that my team has decided not to continue with your service any more.
