Hi,
I am writing this mail with a heavy heart as no one is there to help. It seems that it is a gimmick that maruti is offering the best customer service. I had called maruti on several occasions. I felt that i was calling the corporate number but they said that they have a different numbers for Calcutta and redirected my call without taking any responsibility. The Dealer from BeeKay wanted a written copy or an email from the maruti coporate so that they can give me the applicable deals for the march 2014. He gave me the email address as slg_beekay@sancharnet.in I still am not able to comprehend the difference between the Invoicing and Billing(advance payment). As per my earlier mail we had paid an advance payment of Rs 45000 but as per them they had already invoiced the car. So my point is without any goods being given to the actual owner how can one have the copy of invoice. They are sitting with an adamant behavior that they'll just will not acknowledge the offer for the month of march which is sad.I wanted to bring this to light as there may be thousands of people getting the same runaround. I have already wasted 6-8hrs over the phone as i am in Delhi and the deal is happening in siliguri.
One more fact- TILL THIS LAST MOMENT WE WERE NOT AWARE THAT THE CORPORATE DISCOUNT THAT THEY ARE TALKING AS CASH DISCOUNT SI ACTUALLY IN FORM OF COUPON. :-) I HEARD IT FROM THE GUY FROM ICICI WHO WAS PROCESSING THE LOAN AND NOT FROM THE MEMBERS OF MARUTI

When i had a few concern to ask to the Team leader with the name of Indranil Jha he said that he said that we are making the things complicated and they sell about 30-40 cars a day and every transaction moved on smooth. I even told him that it was not ethical to invoice me without the delivery of the car. He said that he is going in for the meeting and have not heard from him since. My father was waiting in state bank of india waiting to pay the amount. He was asked to pay an amount of 136392. We are not sure how the calculations are done. as per me even if the deal for the month of feb is applicable we just had to pay 135139

Even More astonishing fact is the guys from maruti call centers are not aware about the ex show room price.
If i go to the http://www.marutisuzuki.com/maruti-price.aspx site to check the ex showroom price for the car. we have a price of 3,31,717 for a alto 800 VXI metallic. But when i got a quote from BeeKay motors The EX SHOW ROOM PRICE shows the price as 3,34,947. No one is able to tell me why there is a difference. There is a separate charge of RS 3500 for logistics apart of the ex showroom price.

The guy From maruti tells me that if i cancel the booking mind it is just booking "then they will take a cancellation fee of 50%of booking amount" irrespective of the amount i had paid for booking


We need to get the car asap and now we need the car urgently and today as i am writing my dad has already deposited 1,20,000 again.

Since there is a lot of discripency in billing and exshowroom pricing Is there someone from maruti who can shed a little light on it.

Is there a corporate legal head where i can escalate the issue. Or can we go to the legal department from the governmental organisation like the consumer court as no one is able to give the correct answers.
