Reg: Lodging a complaint against mobile handset bearing IMEI No: ********6284249

I would like to inform you that my mobile handset purchased from Flipkart(Invoice no: F0YQI00817-00248716) dated 21/09/2016, bearing IMEI No: ********6284249 has been lost/stolen dated 23/02/2017.

Lost address: While travelling from Ramagondanahalli to Bore well Bus stop. I went to HAL Police station to lodge a general diary however I was told to issue a complaint through e-report portal which is not at all accessible. Hence raising a complain in this portal.

I was using the service of AIRTEL and my last 10 digit mobile number is ********62. I have informed the service provider to bar all the SIM services against the aforementioned no. I would hereby like to lodge a complaint for the stolen mobile and request you to kindly assist in finding the mobile.

Please provide an acknowledgment so that the same can be used for further correspondence.
