Bajaj Auto - bajaj pulsar failed to start and lost my semester exam

Hello sir,I am Akash.. I own a pulsar 220 which is just two months old and I faced starting trouble today. When I checked with a mechanic,he said some sensor was not working. Tomorrow am going to my service center. The thing is.. I missed my semester exam due to this! Am so annoyed and I love pulsar and thats the reason I bought it.. Now I regret it.. And the another thing is,the first service was not proper in the service center near to my place.. So am scared to leave my bike there .. But no other option I guess.. So please help me over here and give me an reply ASAP because I have faced a lot of mental tension and failed to attend my semester exam.. am thinking of escalating the matter to the consumer court,is that fine?. Please give me an solution for my problem.. Thankyou
