I am a retired defense officer's wife. I have bought an air cooler from CSD canteen in Mehdipatnam on May 2012.
The next summer, it was not working at all.
I filed a complaint, nobody turned up for a month.
I had to have it repaired by a different dealer and paid him more than Rs 2000.
In the meantime, I bought another cooler and for the past one month, it broke down as well.
I lodged a complaint a month back, and have been pursuing it every other day, and yet again, no one turned up.
I had to buy Bajaj air coolers because they were the only ones available at the canteen at that time.
Please note that the products are of a rather poor quality and the service even worse.
I request the canteen authorities to avoid stocking up with Bajaj merchandise.
