i received a call in end of may 18. they said they are the employee of bajaj finanance and you are selected and ask is there any loan requirement , i said a requirement of loan is there of 2 lac . they said ok we will give you a loan of 2 lac at 0% interest rate for 10 years .i ask what is security required . they said a policy has to be done on your name of rupees 10000/- half yearly primium as security. i paid a DD of same amount dated 26/06/2018 in name of bharti axa life. after 20 days i got a call from bharti axa and they said you have to say that satisfied with the policy . after the process of your loan will start with in 2 days and you will get the loan with in 10 days . After that, sep 18 month hass come and there is no loan provided to me and when i call to bajaj customer care they said the free look period is over we can not do anything. the person name joshi, vishwanath (br. manager), & krutika has cheated and now they are answering my calls as bajaj but provid loan date extend every 10 days. is not doing anything kindly take some action to refund my money back

I am going to raise a complain in consumer forum.
