IndiGo Airlines - Baggage Missing

Hi,

I traveled with Indigo airlines from Pune to Bengaluru on 04.07.16 Flight No: 6E807 PNR No: T5PIMY. In Pune Airport I gave my baggage in baggage Counter they told I will receive my Bag. When reached at the Bengaluru International airport, I received mybaggage, but from my baggage one bag was missing which attached to my baggage. I contacted Indigo airlines Crew they had no answers they told me to raise a complaint.

Please Help me with this.

Hi,

We, myself and Mr.Raghava Rao Sundarrao Gari traveled with Indigo airlines from to Delhi to Hyderabad on 30.11.16 Flight No: 6E301 PNR No: TE8ZJQ. in DELHI Airport I gave my baggage in baggage Counter and paid for extra baggage fee of Rs.500/- they told I will receive my Bag. When we reached at theHYDERABAD International airport, I received my baggage, but from my baggage one CARTOON BOX bag was missing which attached to my baggage. I contacted Indigo airlines Crew they had no answers they told me to raise a complaint.

I HAVE GIVEN A COMPLAINT CALLING CUSTOMER CARE OF INDIGO AIRLINES BUT NO RESPONCE FROM THEM.

I request your goodselves findout my baggage and send the baggage to given address.
