I purchased a tata Sumo Grande from Sanya mator in 2008, till date i am not satisfied with their service , refer my previous complain i made during delivery of the car , now i am lots complain with them with service of the car , the sumo most of the parts are unavailable with them, the air conditioning does not work , the shoker of the back wheel has lost one part still they could not supply me with any spare part to replace it , which is dengerous to drive, though they charge me Rs 28000 to service my car 15 days back to fix my car, i donot know what is inculded in the extended warrenty what is not what they charge i also donot know . i want to know what what mistake i did to purchase a 8 lac car , poor performance in hilly road though this type of car should travel well in the hill , which is the worst car to travel in hill.I want to know when this can be rectified and who is going to contact me, i think the service center sanya motors is a thief only make money no service. i will take this car on thursday i.e. on 24th june to hill if anything happen to this car and us i will take legal action against both sanya and tata motors
