Hello,

Was badly disappointed after buying killer brand denim, on 6th of march, I went to Vadodara Central to get new denim for me, was looking for new arrival and picked 2 denim from rack,
I was in impression that everything was good in condition. But actually I was wrong, I found in right lag there were stitches opened by default, (Manufacturing Defect) and went to shop for exchange / return,
I had word with Mr.Rajnibhai (who is not a member / staff of vadodara central, he was called by some one from VC- staff to rectify issue) (098250 36422) on 16th march and explained, he told me that he will send my denim to company and re-stitch, which was not acceptable by me and I told him to get it replaced cause this was manufacturing defect and as a customer I did paid for a complete product not for defective.
He was stick with decision with non-convenience behavior, he finally took my denim with him and give me receipt, then I went to shop manager and told her story, she told me she will get it done for me by 2 days,

Now today is 23rd Mar and no one give me proper ans.,

Your help in this matter will highly appreciated,

Thanks,
Yusuf Retiwala
