Yesterday I called in customer care to know about why my all payment was declined then one of your well mannered executive explained me that i haven't been paying credit card bill and then i came to know about bill, As I am unable to access my emails due some security reason and don't know how the messages missed from my side, then He told me that if i pay the all outstanding payment now then your credit card services will be resumed from tomorrow and your due date charges may be waived off. Immediately I paid all the outstanding payment.
Today i called gain in Customer care then a lady USHA picked my call then i was trying to explain the whole instance but she wasn't eager to listen me and repeating one phrase "you due date charge can't be waived off" Again i asked her to transfer the call to next level but she was annoying me to say same phrase and fortunately call was transferred to MR Jay Singh after an argument . Then Mr Jay has explained me same that this amount can be waived off.
It been long relationship with ICICI bank but didn't get such an pathetic behavior of customer care & also having the salary account with your bank. But still harder to agree you can't wave- off the amount.
I need a justification from Higher Management why it occurred. Please find details related to me & case.
