1. There are autorickshaws plying on a sharing basis from Ghatkopar West Station to R-City Mall, Amrut Nagar etc.
2. The autorickshaws charge more than the regulated fare.
3. The autorickshaws carry more than 3 passengers....one in front (sitting with the driver). This is a big security hazard.
4. These autorickshaws with 4 passengers convenient pass traffic signals where traffic police is present. The traffic police is seeing everything but do nothing to stop this.
Complainant's Goal: Induce discipline, ensure safety and stop exploitation.
