ATM - ATM CARD not available 2 months which is expire, Internet banking no information

Dear Sir/Madam,
My A/C No. is 01********640 on Hooghly(WB), Pandua Branch, my ATM Card is expire march 2015. But SMS had come 30/04/2015 with in one day I applied for that. Till a date any information can't received from branch or SMS.
What is this? I hopeless for Indian Service. Other bank given their customer within one month. I want money but can't received.
Please, give me my ATM and inform me.
