This is the third follow up for the same Complain mentioned Bellow for you have not sent me any updates from the time the complain was logged.

Hi,

My name is Finny Jacob and I bought your Airtel Digital TV in Dehradun Customer number "3004713593".

I have an open SR "3400839"

I have been talking to soo many of your useless Customer care and back end agents for the last so many days but it seems Airtel is hiring the most 3rd grade agents to support there agents these days, may be it's a new cost cutting plan of the company but it's not that good for your customers. I am not sure what you've got there on my case notes so I would repeat my story.

My mom wanted a channel called "GOD TV" so i went to Tata sky and Dish TV as I believe they are the best in this industry but they were good enough to tell me that this channel is not there in there system or package (what ever you call it), they just didn't have this channel and they where good enough to tell me this. Then I went to your Airtel Dealer in Chakrata Road Dehradun, I was a bit surprised to see that your air tell dealer didn't even have a any information of what all channels you have so they asked me to call the sales team and showed me a number on one of your airtel banners reading "For sales enquire Call : ------" some number (Which I dint note down cause I never realized that I would ever need It). So the person from your sales team told me that YOU HAVE GOD TV and I could BUY YOUR DIGITAL TV. So i paid the money on the 2th this month and everything was installed on the 21th this month.

Guess What !!! When I tried to locate this channel "GOD TV" I couldn't find it in the list so I call your Customer Care within 10 min's of installation that's when I was informed that "GOD TV" is not there in AIRTEL and there's no way I could get it !!! and if i chose to disconnect I would not get my money back cause AIRTEL has already earned it by make that sale and making me customer number "3004713593". But I don't think so cause I am in no mood to give you my hard earned money just like that, You have made a sale on False information.

Main Provisions of the Consumer Information Act 1978

* False trade descriptions
* Misleading advertising

So I have my intentions clear and I don't make false statements.

1. The name of the person from the sales team is some Mr. Shirvistva (I am in Delhi but I would go back or ask some one to get me his name and number soon).
2. First time I called I had a word with a supervisor Neha Jain (She told me that If I don't get a call back in 48 hrs I could call back and ask for her,firstly I never got the call back and when I called back I never got to talk to Neha Jain cause there was no way that anyone could connect me back to any person in Airtel CC).
3. Talked to a supervisor Faran
4. Got a call back from the back end team (a girl named Gurpreet) she asked me to call the CC and ask them to raise a Chun SR and she told me that my money would also be refunded.
5. Called CC and raised this SR "3400839"
6. Got a callback from Vandana who is happy to disconnect the service but would not refund my money so I asked me her to give my her statement in black and white which she refused to do so and asked me to mail the back end CC mailing address "digitaltv@airtel.in" which I don't understand since I have been in the call center industry for almost 10 years and worked with leading companies as quality and even managed teams, so I clearly know what all a voice or back end desk could do.
